Terms of Trade

1. Quote Validity — Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

2. Confidentiality — All quotes and invoices are confidential.

3. Deposit — A 50% deposit is required to order materials and commence work. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

4. Payment — Full payment is due on completion of work. Invoice issued on completion. No statement will be issued.

5. Freight — The customer will incur all freight charges unless otherwise stated in the quote.

6. Variations — Any changes to the agreed scope of work may result in additional charges. Variations will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.

7. Customer-Supplied Materials — Wanaka Upholstery accepts no responsibility for damage to, or unsatisfactory results from, customer-supplied materials including fabric, foam or other components.

8. Ownership of Goods — All materials remain the property of Wanaka Upholstery until payment is received in full.

9. Claims — No claims accepted unless notified within 7 days of completion of work.

10. Penalty Interest — Penalty interest will be charged at 24% per annum (2% per month) on overdue accounts.

11. Pick-Up & Delivery — Pick up and delivery is available by arrangement and may incur additional charges unless stated otherwise in the quote.

12. Privacy — Your personal information is collected solely for the purpose of fulfilling this quote and will not be shared with third parties.
